2 sets, 2-3 minutes between rounds
C1 handle pull ups – 6-10 reps
C2 banded dips – 6-12 reps

D1 incline DB press – 8-12 reps
D2 DB bent over row – 8-12 reps
3 sets, 60 seconds between rounds
