C1 flat machine press – 2 sets, 5-10 reps, 2 minutes rest between sets

D1 seated cable flys – 2 sets, 10-12 reps, 60 seconds rest between sets

E1 hammer curls – 6-10 reps
E2 machine preacher – 10-15 reps
3 sets total, 60 seconds rest between super sets
