Nice explanation. Do you like the wrist attachments to take the hands out? And the bent arms are for comfort or so you find it gives you a slightly better connection?
Should you keep your shoulder retracted or protracted?
Would you say doing these with a straight arm rather than slightly bent would produce more torque at the shoulder joint? Do you do them like this to avoid Tricep involvement?
